Census Community Solutions is an approved disability services provider under the NDIS Commission with the head office in Carramar, NSW and a Branch office in Point Cook, VIC. The Organisation has been operating since 2015 and we service the Western Sydney, Inner west, Blue Mountains, South-Eastern and western Sydney regions, including Melbourne metropolitan area.

How We Care
Census Community Solutions provides a wide range of community, youth support and accommodation services, for people with disability, mental health and NDIS. Our staff provides professional holistic support for people with varying needs. In Census Community Solutions, we channel our care to suit and meet individual needs and preferences, recognising individual’s strengths and ability. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality support and services for people with additional needs.
